Are you ready to be inspired? This indoor/outdoor eight week boot camp is designed to improve your overall fitness level, while burning energy in a fun and supportive environment.
Our multi-sport camps are developed by a team of Sport Manitoba activity leaders and Sport Performance Specialists. Camp activities are tailored to the age group’s stage in the athlete development cycle. We feature a variety of activities that promote and develop key athletic attributes such as confidence, teamwork, sport science knowledge, functional foundations, and multi-sport skills.
